Tom has been a true entrepreneur with over 30 years in the financial, mortgage and property management industries. After earning Top Producer recognition with his proven skills in sales, negotiation and closing during his 15 years in the financing and mortgage arenas, Tom began his journey into entrepreneurship with his partners to focus on property management to manage acquisition, rezoning and redevelopment of a 54 unit condominium complex. Tom earned the title "The Closer" and always demonstrated a knack for ensuring the customers' needs were first. He grew his customer base through effective relationship management and consistently guaranteed repeat or referral sales.
Tom's love for real estate development and his personal drive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction led him into the construction industry. He created ProTek Construction and brought with him key partner relationships to create a company focused on residential restoration and remodeling in the areas of roofing, siding, decking, and HOA services. Tom continues to provide top level service and affordable pricing options to preserve a customer's most valuable asset - their home.
Tom and his wife and two children live in the west suburbs. He loves to play tennis and golf, travel, sailing, skiing, learning the latest technology and spending time with his family and friends.
Brian Roter has roots in the midwest growing up in Germantown Wisconsin, and graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. During college, he developed an interest in carpentry and become certified after his first job working for material suppliers. In 1997 Brian decided to take on entrepreneurship with his own construction company based in Manteno Illinois. After more than a decade of building homes in Illinois and Indiana, he began to explore another important facet of the construction industry - storm restoration. He already had over 6 years of insurance claims experience and built effective relationships with the insurance adjusters to help clients address their home exterior issues. Brian expanded his contact capital while continuing his training and building on his experience with many experts in the field. With over 25 years of expertise, Brian is adds great value as a partner for ProTek Construction to give our clients access to premium products and high quality service.
As a dedicated father and husband, Brian and his family enjoy frequent visits to Wisconsin and various Caribbean islands to escape the Midwest's winter months.
After attending Western Michigan University and then Lewis University for his Masters in Business Administration, Dave gained 40 years experience at Dominick's, he executed sales growth plans and enhanced profits at 20 locations in the Chicagoland area.
With his love for entrepreneurship, Dave became certified and licensed as a General Contractor for the building and remodeling of residential homes in Naperville and Oswego over a 20 year life span. For the last 30 years, he owns and operates residential apartment buildings in DuPage County with heavy experience in property maintenance, leasing and management.
Even after retiring from Dominick's, Dave strives to help people with his expertise in the construction industry when he joined ProTek in 2014 as Field Supervisor. He quickly built a strong customer base of 100 homes in a seven month period to assist with damage restoration projects and working with the homeowners' insurance companies.
Dave continues to be an overachiever with quota milestones over 120% in 2015 and maintaining healthy profits with all of his projects. He is married and lives in Naperville.
Angel brings extensive experience in managing and establishing professional relationships with executive accounts. With close to ten years coordinating the home inspection process between relocation companies and inspection companies, Rios is experienced in account management, tracking client’s needs, and conflict resolution between clients and vendors. Rios is a team player in maintaining company policies, procedures and enhancing company culture. He demonstrates expertise in written and verbal communication, bilingual in Spanish and English.
Consulted to several companies in the area, he is knowledgeable in business leadership and interpersonal business culture as well as competent in identifying a reasonable medium to allow for a win/win outcome between two or more parties. He has the heart of the teacher because he was a temporary public-school bilingual teacher at the start of his career and has continued to serve others and has continued his professional development.
